  • Village team on site for up to 3 hours (setup, party, and cleanup)
  • Food, cake, balloons, and decor set up before guests arrive

  • Full cleanup so you can simply enjoy the party

Option 3

You've planned it. We fill in the gaps.

$300 or $450+ party costs

For parents who already have their party planned and just need a few things sourced and a smooth day.

What's included

  • Village team on site for up to 3 hours (setup, party, and cleanup)
  • Sourcing and booking of the few extras you need, like rentals and add-ons
  • Vendors you book through us, arranged and coordinated
  • Day-of coordination so the party stays on schedule

Base price covers up to 3 hours on site. Extra time is $75 per hour with one team member or $125 per hour with two.

Good to know

  • Party costs (food, cake, decor, favors, rentals, and vendor fees) are billed at cost from a budget you approve up front.
  • Extra on-site time with Option 2 or 3 is $75 per hour with one team member or $125 per hour with two.
  • A 50% deposit holds your date.
