Refund & Cancellation Policy
Plans change, we get it. Here is how cancellations and refunds work for Village sessions and events.
48 hours or more before the session
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a 50% refund to the original payment method.
24 to 48 hours before the session
Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a 50% credit to your Village account, which may be applied toward a future booking.
Within 24 hours of the session
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable and are not eligible for account credit.
If The Village cancels
If The Village or one of our providers must cancel a session due to weather or other unexpected circumstances, families will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the session.
