Who we are
The Village Palm Beach is operated by The Village Palm Beach LLC. We connect Palm Beach families with children's activities, care, and services, including childcare, pet care, tutoring, baseball instruction, child transportation, house organizing, and pop up events. By booking through this website you agree to these terms.
Bookings and payment
Bookings and event registrations are confirmed when payment is completed through our secure checkout, powered by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay. A booking is not held until payment goes through, and unpaid checkouts do not reserve a spot.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms. In short: 48 hours or more before a session earns a 50% refund, 24 to 48 hours earns a 50% account credit, and within 24 hours is non-refundable. If The Village cancels, you receive a full refund or a reschedule, your choice.
Waivers
Every family must have a signed waiver on file before participating in Village activities or events. The waiver is signed once per family on our Family Forms page and applies to the activities and events you book with us.
Event waitlists
Joining a waitlist saves your card securely with Stripe without charging it. By joining, you authorize us to charge your saved card for the shown amount if a spot opens and we confirm your registration. We email you as soon as that happens. If you no longer want a waitlist spot, email us and we will remove you and release your card.
Health, safety, and accurate information
You agree to give us accurate information about your children, including ages, allergies, and anything else we need to keep them safe. We may decline or end participation if an activity is not a safe fit, and if we do, we will work with you on a refund or alternative.
Our role with providers
Some activities are delivered by local instructors, coaches, and providers that The Village partners with. We choose partners carefully, and your booking, payment, and communication all run through The Village.
Website use
The content on this website belongs to The Village Palm Beach and may not be copied for commercial use. You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to interfere with bookings, forms, or payment systems.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services grow. The current version always lives on this page, with the date below. Continuing to book after a change means you accept the updated terms.
